Spicy Chicken Wings

Spicy Chicken Wings
I don't know anyone who doesn't like spicy wings. I am definitely a fan. These wings are easy to make.; season them and put them in the oven. Remove them and add to a skillet of delicious sauce. And voila!
Ingredients
- 20 Wing parts/drumettes and flats/wingette (Pat dry)
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp All Purpose Blend
- Salt (I used 1 to 1 1/4 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and line with a piece of parchment paper.
- Wash and pat dry. Mix sugar and spice blend together and set aside.
- Put wings in a large zipper bag and then add oil, seal and shake the wings around in the bag to coat with oil. Add the salt and spice blend to chicken and shake well to coat every piece well. Empty wing pieces on baking sheet, slightly spread apart. Bake for 40 minutes. You can turn on the broiler on if you want a little more color to the wings. I like to have just a little blacken on my chicken. To each its own. Haha!
- Heat on a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet on medium, add wings, add sauce and toss well. Make sure all wings are coated in sauce; cook for a few minutes, until sauce gets a nice sizzling consistency. Remove from heat and serve.
